Cinnamon swirl cupcakes (dairy free)

These cinnamon swirl cupcakes are very dreamy with layers of cinnamon sugar in the cupcake batter, topped with a vanilla cinnamon buttercream frosting, and sprinkled with a little more cinnamon sugar.
